[News] TotalTunes Control in the air

Yeah !

I’ve finally started TotalTunes Control… I was waiting for a *tilt* in my head.

I really thought that I would never start this third version of TotalTunes Control. But 2 days ago, Evan Travers contacted me for some support about the lyrics search. I thought that I had to apologize because I don’t have time to fix it, blablabla… but I did it with his precious help. He just gave me a link of a nice website like Wikipedia that indexes a lot of lyrics. I just had to remove about 40 code lines and replace these with only 5 lines… awesome.

What I did wrong for the lyrics search ? I just chose a bad website… really bad to work with.

I was really happy to see that I could fix the problem very quickly… that’s maybe why, today, I’ve decided to start TotalTunes Control 3.

GuiPulp has started a contest. As you can see, the goal is to re-think the interface of TotalTunes Control.

I really want to bring something new to my dear users. And, unfortunately, I don’t have enought money to pay a graphist.

Even if the contest is really new, I’ve started to build the TotalTunes Control’s Assistant. I think that an Assistant could be really cool for this third version. The user would be able to quickly activate and deactive many feature before using it for the first time. (Actual TotalTunes Control users will also be able to configure TotalTunes Control with the Assistant, just like they never used it).

(In fact, the Assistant comes from a secret project that we started, Olivier and I, 3 months ago. But we stopped it for the moment).
